The stairways and corridors are cramped. The lack of soundproofing means noise from neighboring rooms can be disruptive, impacting overall rest quality.

Stayed for 4 nights, the hotel was STRAIGHTFORWARD and fairly clean, it had exceptionally nice and perfect location close to a metro stop. Location: the property was short walk to many nearby restaurants, close for restaurants, and many bakeries. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

The stay was quite enjoyable as the room was clean and offered all the essentials needed for a comfortable time while visiting attractions like the nearby Place de la Republique and the Picasso National Museum, both just a pleasant walk away. Although the bathroom could use some upgrades, the location was excellent for exploring Paris. It was nice having quick access to the metro for easy exploration around the city.

everything was nice, this hotel had very helpful staff and decent location. i booked a suite, it was fine and had central heating and a tv.

Water splashed everywhere without proper containment. Noise from the hallway filtered in. It met basic needs, but some upgrades would enhance the stay experience.
